What a call-out covers
Diagnose & fix
Fault diagnosis on cameras, recorders, panels, sensors and door stations. Most faults are fixed in the first visit; if a part has to be ordered, you get a firm price before we book the return.
Health checks
Recording actually recording, night vision actually seeing, battery backup actually holding charge. A yearly once-over catches the quiet failures before you need the footage.
Upgrades & take-overs
Old analogue cameras swapped for HD on existing cabling, forgotten alarm codes reset, and orphaned systems from defunct installers brought under our care.

Systems we installed are covered by their install warranty — warranty faults don't pay a call-out fee.
