We do not host, monitor or store footage from the CCTV systems we install. Recorded footage stays on your own equipment (local recorder or the manufacturer’s app) and is controlled by you. During an install or service visit our technicians may briefly view footage or a live feed only as needed to configure and test the system.
2. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Prepare quotes and schedule installations, service and repairs
- Supply, install and warrant your security equipment
- Process payments and keep required business records
- Respond to enquiries and provide after-sales support
- Meet our legal, licensing and insurance obligations
